I shouldn't bother replying to someone who insists on calling me Rylan, but, there was clearly an issue with training, Billic himself said it lacked intensity a while ago. I was referring to the response he got from the players he phoned this week when they said he was too soft. It has been clear for 2 years that they aren't fit or organised. The two full pre seasons he had were treated like a jolly in foreign backwaters struggling against pub teams with players joking around getting sent off. We then lost to Astra 2 years running which is remarkably shit, and had terrible starts to both seasons looking unfit and rudderless. Web are constantly struggling with long injury lists, layers getting injured in training and even warm ups. There has been countless displays to base this on and comments from pundits, plus many fans have seen the same for 2 years.

Anyone see C&H's recommendation to the board?
1. David Sullivan should refrain from giving interviews and speaking to the press for the remainder of the season.
2. David Gold should come off Twitter.
3. Karren Brady should give up her football diary in the Sun newspaper.
4. The board should publicly admit to fans that some statements about the Stadium move, reaching the next level and Champions League football were overly ambitious.
5. The board should let the manager do the talking and allow him to do his job without interference.
6. Appoint a West Ham fan to the board as a non-executive director to champion supporters.

They really are crass, money-making wankers but only because they talk too much in seeking approval. That makes them liars but they can't see that.
As it happens I am hoping Moyes will be good in sorting out the mess Bilic has left and won't stand for the either the players' or owner's crap. He has an ally in Tony Henry who he worked with at Everton and I see the pressure falling on Sullivan to perform now when buying the players they want....
Be careful what you wish for Gold, Brady & Sullivan....
